What happens if my passenger cancels the ride? (For drivers)
If a passenger cancels too close to pickup time, you may receive a cancellation fee.
What happens if my driver cancels the ride?
Life happens! If your driver cancels, the app will automatically match you with another nearby driver so you don’t have to start over.
What if I forget something in the car?
No need to stress! Use the 'Lost Items' section to report lost items. We’ll notify the driver, and if found, you’ll be notified in the app.
How do I check my ride fare before booking?
Easy! Just enter your destination in the app, and you’ll see the estimated fare upfront - no surprises.
How do I get a receipt for my ride?
After every trip, you’ll get an e-receipt in the app and via email. You can also check your ride history for past receipts.
Can I use promo codes or discounts?
